Dr. Max Hernandez, MD
Dr. Manuel Mercado, MD
Dr. Hernandez was born in the Dominican Republic where he graduated cum laude from Medical School at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. He later immigrated to the U.S. where he completed his internal medicine residency in New York City at St. Barnabas Hospital. Dr. Hernandez later relocated to the Rio Grande Valley in 1996 to address the needs of the community.
Dr. Hernandez's life has been dedicated to providing service to those most in need. His goal is to deliver his patients a personalized, integrative and compassionate medical service.
Dr. Manuel J. Mercado was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic where he also completed Medical School at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in 1990. He later moved to New York City to complete his Internal Medicine training at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Mercado later relocated to the Rio Grande Valley in 2000 where he continues to practice Internal Medicine at his private practice.
